Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Reducing stress through mindfulness (a method of mindfulness meditation developed scientifically by Prof Jon Kabat-Zinn)

An 8-week programme to reduce stress, promote wellbeing and strengthen the immune system.

By learning and practising exercises such as body scanning, sitting and walking meditation, and yoga techniques, we can work on promoting health and a new approach to physical, spiritual and psychological problems. This has been found to help people cope better with the pressures of everyday life.
